    YOUR ACCOUNT
    Step 1: Sign in
    To access your MMI MARINE online account, you must first sign in and create a password. If you forget your password, please click on
    forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address. Please take a moment to Create a New Account.
    Step 2: Shipping and Billing Address:
    To change your billing address or shipping address, please sign in with your current loginID and password. Click My Account » Account Information and update your billing/shipping address.


    CHECK ORDER STATUS
    To check your online ordering status, you may sign in with your current account, then click the My Account » Order Status to see your ordering status.


    WARRANTY
    All items sold through MMI MARINE include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any items returned to MMI MARINE may be replaced or repaired under the conditions of that manufacturers warranty policy. Items that are sent in for warranty and are found to perform to manufacturers specifications will be charged accordingly. MMI MARINE is not responsible for freight on any warranty items.


    RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    All authorized return merchandises must come with the original invoice/receipt and in original re-sellable condition. No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No returns will be accepted due to non-original product used and/or custom fabricated items.
    A 20% restocking fee will be charged onto the credit.
    • Prior authorization is required. Contact us for an RMA.
    • 1~30 days after purchase with invoice/receipt:
      you will receive the credit to the same credit card.
    • Over 30 days after purchase with invoice/receipt:
      you will receive company credit.
    • 1~30 days or over 30 days after purchase without invoice/receipt:
      please contact us at 1-949-631-3014. After we have checked and verified the sale, we will issue a Company credit.
    • We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only.
    • For your protection, please insure the package for its full value with RMA number on the outside of the box and return/send to

    SHIPPING AND HANDLING
    All shipments include charges for freight, handling and insurance based upon carrier rates. We will ship your order by UPS ground service, if you request a more expedient method of shipping or would like a freight quote please call our shipping department at 800-747-3014 Please refuse to accept any items that arrive damaged. MMI MARINE will file a claim with the appropriate carrier for any lost or damaged items.
    MMI accepts orders from all around the world, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address, international orders may be subject to custom and import duties.


    DROPSHIPMENTS
    MMI MARINE will drop ship items to any address via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. Dropshipments on COD, Credit Card or Bank Transfer accounts must be paid prior to shipping.
