First I would like to take a moment to give you an overview of FCI Watermakers. We are a synergistic company with an excellent reputation that has been providing desalinators to both the marine and the commercial markets for over 15 years. We manufacture desalinators that range in production from 250 GPD to 43,000 GPD. A significant number of the shipyards worldwide, including Trinity Yachts, Feadship, Palmer Johnson, Hatteras, Viking, and many more OEMs are installing FCI Watermakers on their vessels. Below I will explain the differences between the various series. Our Max Q systems are our state-of-the-art digitally controlled systems. Our Max Q systems feature our exclusive universal R/O controller with computer interface and multiple remote station capability, RS-485 connection for display and monitoring, 316SS low-pressure pump with closed impeller design, programmable fresh water flush (standard), digital monitoring of water pressure and flow, quiet, efficient operation, commercial sized prefiltration, 316SS high-pressure pump and fittings, pressure vessels with 316SS product and pressure ports, stress-eliminating engineering with lifetime warranty, epoxy coated washdown duty motors, and 4-point vibration isolation mounts for quiet operation. These systems are also available in models that incorporate the AP high pressure pump. These systems are available in both modular and framed configurations, and they have a two year system warranty. Our Aquamiser systems are our conventionally designed systems. The Aquamisers are equipped standard with an epoxy coated wash down duty low-pressure pump motor with brass pump head and stainless steel shaft, an automatic fresh water flush (standard), staged starting of motors, timed start-up, TDS monitoring of product water, automatic diverting of water above 500 PPM, overpressure protection, and loss of prime/fouled filter protection. With an optional remote display you can get additional features such as a readout of product TDS, automatic tank level controls, and programmable times/setpoints and display settings. Commerical prefilters are also available at no extra charge if designated at the time of system order. These systems are also available in both modular and framed configurations to accommodate space requirements, and they also all have a two year system warranty and lifetime pressure vessel warranty. Our Neptune series is our continuous-duty, commercial grade line of watermakers. These efficient systems deliver greater volumes of water with capacities of 1200 GPD to 9500 GPD and are ideal for larger yachts, commercial vessels, island homes, oil platforms or hotels. The Neptune series employs our exclusive UROC technology providing advanced, total control and user-friendly customization. The commercial features include built-in cleaning ports on the framed units, washdown duty motors, 316SS high and low-pressure pumps and commercial sized prefilters. These systems are available in vertical framed, horizontal framed, wall-mount and modular configurations, and they have a one year warranty. Depending upon what your customers are looking for in a watermaker, we can supply them with just the right system. For conventionally designed systems that are extremely price competitive, our Aquamiser systems are an excellent fit. If they are looking for more advanced watermaking systems for recreational or light commercial applications, our Max Q systems fit the bill. If they are looking for continuous-duty commercial systems, our Neptune systems are right for them.
